Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to Cromo, a fantasy poker strategy game developed and published by Cromatio (“Cromatio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Cromatio governing your installation, access to, and use of Cromo, including its online features.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Cromo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use Cromo.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Cromo with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Cromatio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one legally obtained copy of Cromo for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not transfer ownership of the software.
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Cromatio.
4. Ownership
Cromo is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Cromo, including but not limited to:
software,
source code,
game mechanics,
artwork,
characters,
user interface,
graphics,
animations,
music,
sound effects,
visual effects,
documentation,
logos,
trademarks
remain the exclusive property of Cromatio or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
5. Third-Party Licensed Assets
Cromo contains assets that are licensed from third parties.
These may include content obtained from:
Unity asset Store,
royalty-free asset providers,
commercial asset licensors.
Such assets remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used under valid commercial licenses.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to extract, reuse, redistribute, or republish those assets.
6. Game Features
Cromo is a fantasy strategy card game that incorporates poker hand mechanics.
The game includes optional online functionality provided through Unity Gaming Services, including anonymous authentication and online leaderboards.
Online services are not required to access all game features.
7. Anonymous Account
Online features require an anonymous account created through Unity Gaming Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your account while using the game.
Anonymous accounts are not intended to identify you personally.
8. Usernames
You may choose a public username.
You agree that your username will not:
Be offensive or abusive.
Contain hate speech.
Threaten or harass others.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Include personal information.
Infringe trademarks or copyrights.
Promote illegal activity.
Unity automatically appends a numeric suffix to distinguish duplicate usernames.
Cromatio reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict usernames that violate these Terms.
9. Leaderboards
Leaderboards exist to promote fair competition.
You agree not to manipulate leaderboard rankings through unauthorized methods.
Cromatio may remove leaderboard entries or suspend online functionality if scores are determined to be illegitimate.
Leaderboard decisions made by Cromatio are final.
10. Fair Play
You agree to play fairly.
The following activities are prohibited:
Cheating
Exploiting bugs
Using modified game files
Using modified APKs
Memory editing
Trainers
Bots
Scripts
Automated gameplay
Packet manipulation
Unauthorized software
Circumventing game security
Reverse engineering online services
Exploiting unintended game behavior
Attempting to interfere with online services or leaderboard integrity is prohibited.
Violations may result in score removal, username changes, suspension of online functionality, permanent account deletion, or other appropriate actions.
11. Reverse Engineering
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
reverse engineer,
decompile,
disassemble,
modify,
translate,
create derivative works,
circumvent technical protection measures
without prior written permission from Cromatio.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Redistribute the game.
Sell copies of the game.
Rent or lease the game.
Remove copyright notices.
Upload copyrighted assets extracted from the game.
Use the game for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with other players’ enjoyment.
Use the game to violate applicable laws.
13. Updates
Cromatio may release updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or additional content.
Some updates may be required for continued access to online features.
Cromatio is under no obligation to provide future updates.
14. Online Services
Certain features depend upon third-party services, including Unity Gaming Services.
Cromatio does not guarantee that online services will always be available.
Online functionality may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, or third-party service interruptions.
15. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your online account through the in-game Settings menu.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
anonymous account,
username,
leaderboard entries,
local game progress,
local settings stored by the application.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
Deleted information cannot be recovered by Cromatio.
16. Privacy
Your use of Cromo is also governed by the Cromo Privacy Policy.
By using Cromo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
17. Intellectual Property Notices
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, trade names, artwork, software, and other intellectual property associated with Cromo remain the property of Cromatio or their respective owners.
Nothing contained within Cromo grants permission to reproduce or distribute protected content.
18. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant Cromatio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, implement, and incorporate that feedback without compensation.
You are under no obligation to provide feedback.
19. No Warranty
Cromo is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cromatio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement,
continuous availability,
error-free operation.
Cromatio does not guarantee that the game will always operate without interruptions or defects.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cromatio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
loss of data,
loss of progress,
loss of leaderboard rankings,
device incompatibility,
service interruptions,
network failures,
hardware failures,
third-party service outages,
lost profits,
loss of goodwill.
If applicable law does not allow certain exclusions, Cromatio’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cromatio from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the game.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Your unlawful conduct.
22. Force Majeure
Cromatio shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters,
cyberattacks,
government actions,
labor disputes,
utility failures,
third-party service interruptions.
23. Export Compliance
You agree not to use or access Cromo in violation of applicable export control laws, sanctions, or trade restrictions.
Cromo may not be available in certain countries or regions due to legal or technical restrictions.
24. Termination
Cromatio may suspend or terminate access to online features if you materially violate these Terms.
Termination may include removal of usernames, leaderboard entries, or access to online services.
Termination of online functionality does not necessarily affect your ability to use offline portions of the game where technically possible.
25. Changes to these Terms
Cromatio may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the official Cromatio website.
Your continued use of Cromo after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cromatio regarding your use of Cromo.
They supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
