Welcome to Cromo, a fantasy poker strategy game developed and published by Cromatio (“Cromatio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Cromo.
Cromatio is committed to protecting your privacy. Cromo has been designed to collect only the minimum information necessary to provide its online features.

3. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Cromo mobile application and its online services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that may be used by the game, including services operated by Unity Technologies or Google. Those services maintain their own privacy policies.
4. Information We Collect
Cromatio does not collect personal information such as:
full name, email address, postal address, telephone number, government identification, payment information, location information, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone recordings, advertising identifier (advertising ID), device identifiers for advertising purposes.
The game has been designed to operate without requiring this information.
5. Information Required to Provide Online Features
To provide online gameplay services, Cromo uses Unity Gaming Services.
When online features are used, the following information is processed.
Anonymous Player Account
Cromo uses Unity Gaming Services Authentication (Anonymous Sign-In).
When the game is launched for the first time, Unity creates an anonymous player account that allows online services to function.
This anonymous account is not linked to your real identity and does not require registration using an email address, password, or social media account.
The anonymous account includes a unique identifier generated by Unity.
Username:
Players may choose a public username.
Unity automatically appends a unique numeric suffix to distinguish players with identical usernames.
Your username is visible to other players only through online leaderboards.
Please do not choose a username containing personal information.
Leaderboard Scores:
If you choose to participate in online leaderboards, the following information is stored:
Username, Leaderboard score, Associated anonymous player identifier.
Leaderboard information is used solely to display rankings and provide competitive gameplay.
Leaderboard information is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
6. Local Information Stored on Your Device
Cromo stores certain information locally on your device.
This information includes:
Game progress, Game settings, Audio preferences, Gameplay preferences, Other application configuration data.
Local data is stored in the application’s private storage area.
Where appropriate, Cromatio encrypts locally stored information to help protect it against unauthorized access.
This local information is not transmitted to Cromatio except as necessary to provide the online services described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Information We Do Not Collect
Cromatio does not intentionally collect:
browsing history, search history, contacts, calendar data, SMS messages, emails, photos, videos, audio recordings, biometric information, precise location, background location, health information, financial information, payment card information.
8. How We Use Information
The limited information processed by Cromo is used exclusively to:
Create and maintain an anonymous player account.
Display leaderboard rankings.
Associate scores with player accounts.
Allow players to change their username.
Delete online accounts upon user request.
Protect the integrity of online services.
Detect cheating, fraud, or abuse affecting online gameplay.
Improve the reliability and security of the game’s online features.
Cromatio does not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Unity Gaming Services
Online features are provided through Unity Gaming Services, including:
Anonymous Authentication, Leaderboards, Cloud Code.
These services process only the information necessary to provide online functionality.
Use of these services is subject to Unity’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Google Play
When you download or purchase Cromo through Google Play, Google may collect information related to purchases, diagnostics, crash reports, downloads, licensing, and other operational data according to Google’s own policies.
Cromatio does not directly collect or control this information unless it is made available by Google.
10. Advertising
Cromo does not display third-party advertisements.
Cromo does not use advertising SDKs.
Cromo does not use advertising identifiers for marketing purposes.
11. Analytics
Cromo does not include analytics SDKs that track gameplay or user behavior.
If diagnostic information or crash reports are collected through Google Play or the Android operating system, such information is governed by Google’s privacy practices.
12. In-App Purchases
Cromo does not include in-app purchases.
The game is sold as a one-time purchase through supported digital storefronts.
13. Data Sharing
Cromatio does not sell personal information.
Cromatio does not rent personal information.
Cromatio does not share personal information with advertisers.
Information is disclosed only when necessary to:
Provide online functionality.

14. International Data Transfers
Because Unity Gaming Services operates internationally, information necessary to provide online services may be processed or stored on servers located in countries outside your country of residence.

15. Data Retention
Anonymous account information is retained until one of the following occurs:
The player permanently deletes their online account through the in-game Settings menu.
Unity removes the anonymous account in accordance with its own policies.
Leaderboard entries remain available until deleted by the player through the game or removed by Cromatio.
Local game data remains stored on the device until deleted by the player or when the application removes it as part of the account deletion process.
16. Deleting Your Account
Cromo provides an in-game option to permanently delete your online account.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
your anonymous online account,
your chosen username,
your leaderboard entries,
local game progress,
some of the local settings stored by the application,
account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Once deleted, Cromatio cannot recover your account or restore deleted data.
17. User Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have legal rights regarding your information, including:
The right to access your information.
The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
The right to request deletion of your information.
The right to object to certain processing activities where applicable.
The right to submit a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority.
Most information managed by Cromo can be deleted directly from within the application.
18. Security
Cromatio takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by Cromo.
These measures include:
Encrypted local storage where appropriate.
Secure communication using HTTPS/TLS for supported online services.
Reliance on secure infrastructure provided by Unity Gaming Services.
Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
19. Children’s Privacy
Cromo is intended for players aged 13 years and older.
The game is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Cromatio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If Cromatio becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected contrary to applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.
20. Fair Play and Username Standards
Players are responsible for selecting appropriate usernames.
Usernames must not:
Contain unlawful or offensive content.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Contain hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language.
Include personal information.
Cromatio reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to usernames that violate these standards.
Cromatio also reserves the right to remove leaderboard entries or restrict online functionality in cases of cheating, fraud, exploitation, or other abuse affecting the integrity of the game.
21. Intellectual Property
All original game content, including gameplay systems, artwork, graphics, characters, text, audio, visual effects, user interface elements, software, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Cromatio.
Certain assets incorporated into Cromo are used under valid commercial licenses, including assets obtained from the Unity Asset Store, royalty-free content providers, and other licensed sources.
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
22. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Cromatio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When significant changes are made, the updated version will be published on the official Cromatio website and, where appropriate, reflected within the application.
The Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of Cromo after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
23. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or privacy rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
